About this event
If you love a late-night challenge, The Emerson’s rooftop is turning into South Yarra’s go-to spot for after-dark trivia. Expect a lively crowd, plenty of laughs and a chance to flex your knowledge with mates, all while taking in city views. Entry is free, so there’s no reason not to gather a team and see how you stack up.
It's a massive trivia event!
Join us for an evening of amazing food, great drinks, games, and trivia! The questions are fun – not hard – and will take you back through all the best bits. Don’t worry, there’ll be some head-scratchers in there to separate the winners from the rest.
We’ve rebuilt, rewritten, and reformatted our trivia decks for a bigger, better trivia experience. There are now 40 questions over 5 rounds, new activities, and new ways to win!
Grab some dinner, drinks, and check the venue out before settling in for questions, games, and fun. You and your squad can win some killer prizes!
Doors open from 7:00pm. Please head straight to the trivia space on arrival for dinner and drinks.
Remember to reserve a free ticket for each of the people participating so we can allocate tables for you. Add one ticket per participant at your table.
If this event is marked as ‘sold out’ please do not hesitate to join the waitlist. We make additional tables available closer to the event.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your tickets as early as possible. These events frequently sell out, and we can make spots available to others on the waitlist.

The Emerson’s rooftop attracts a mixed crowd, from uni friends to after-work groups winding down with a cocktail. The space comes alive on Friday nights with a buzz that feels distinctively Melbourne: social but never too stuffy, with city lights as your backdrop and plenty of banter between tables. This trivia night is perfect for anyone who prefers their questions fun and accessible, rather than punishingly hard, but still fancies some bragging rights (and prizes). With revamped rounds and extra activities, it’s a more playful take compared to the usual pub trivia. If you like your quiz nights social and a bit cheeky, this one stands out.
