New platform combines three brands and global resources

KiddeFenwal has launched a revamped website that brings its three brands into one online hub and replaces separate customer sites in Europe and India.

The company unveiled the platform on 8 July 2026 from Ashland, Massachusetts. It serves fire industry practitioners, customers, global partners, OEMs and distributors.

Users can reach critical safety documentation faster through accelerated asset navigation. The site also groups design parameters and product specifications in one place.

Another tool maps fire suppression solutions by industry. It covers data centres, BESS applications and commercial kitchens.

In addition, the website gives users simpler routes to KiddeFenwal’s distributor network across 120 countries. That feature aims to speed up access to local support.

Kidde Fire Systems and Fenwal Controls

The new hub includes information for Kidde Fire Systems, Kidde Fire Protection and Fenwal Controls. As a result, customers no longer need separate regional sites for Europe and India.

The company also directed users to the live site at www.kiddefenwal.com.

Chief executive Rekha Agrawal said, “For decades, KiddeFenwal has been trusted by partners to lead and shape the future of fire detection, protection and safety.”

Agrawal added that the new website connects the company’s community with critical industry and product information. She said that should help partners mitigate fire risks.

The platform reflects a broader growth drive in fire suppression and safety controls. That push includes global expansion, new technologies and closer support for distributors and end users.

KiddeFenwal has operated for more than a century in industrial and commercial fire suppression systems and safety controls. Since becoming a standalone company, it has focused on next-generation technologies.

Its brands serve sectors including energy, manufacturing, marine, infrastructure and OEM applications. The company says its products protect lives, livelihoods, critical infrastructure and museum artefacts.

Meanwhile, KiddeFenwal continues to expand across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The group remains headquartered in Ashland, Massachusetts.

Following the launch, customers can now use one global site instead of multiple regional pages.
