Lily Allen Confirms Melbourne Shows at Rod Laver Arena

Lily Allen Melbourne concerts confirmed for 28th and 29th October 2026

Lily Allen will return to Melbourne in October 2026 as part of her first Australian tour in more than seven years. The British singer-songwriter will perform at Rod Laver Arena on Wednesday, 28th October, bringing her album West End Girl to Melbourne audiences in full.

The Melbourne concert forms part of Allen’s largest headline tour to date. The Australian leg includes arena shows across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. The tour follows the release of West End Girl, Allen’s fifth studio album and her first release in seven years.

Allen’s Melbourne appearance arrives after strong demand across early tour announcements. The tour marks her first visit to Australia since 2019, when she last performed as part of the No Shame tour. The upcoming shows represent a significant return to live performance for the artist.

The West End Girl tour begins in New Zealand on Wednesday, 21st October 2026. Allen will then cross to Australia, with Melbourne positioned as a key east coast stop. Her Rod Laver Arena performance is scheduled midway through the Australian run.

Allen will play the album West End Girl in full and in track order during the Melbourne show. The album was released in 2025 and has recorded more than 275 million streams worldwide. It consists of 14 tracks written during Allen’s relocation to New York.

Melbourne stop highlights album return

West End Girl marks Allen’s return to recording after a seven-year hiatus. The album represents her first studio release since 2018. It has since returned her to the top of international charts.

The album has also gained renewed attention in Australia. Two tracks from West End Girl appeared in the most recent Triple J Hottest 100 poll. The title track placed at number 88, while Pussy Palace reached number 38.

Allen first achieved global recognition with Alright, Still in 2006. She followed this with It’s Not Me, It’s You in 2009. Together, those albums sold more than five million copies worldwide.

The Melbourne performance follows a broader international touring schedule. The West End Girl tour launches in Glasgow in March 2026. Allen will perform 14 shows across the United Kingdom before heading to North America.

Following dates in Canada and the United States, Allen will return to the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Australian and New Zealand shows form from the final leg of the tour. Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena is one of the largest venues on the itinerary.

All Australian shows on the tour are licensed as all-ages events. This includes the Melbourne concert at Rod Laver Arena. Entry conditions will apply in line with venue licensing requirements.

Tickets for the Melbourne show will be released through a staggered on-sale schedule. Pre-sales will run ahead of the general public release. The final allocation will be made available to the public on Monday, 9th February at 1 pm local time.
