Valentine’s Day dining announced across 1 Hotel Melbourne venues
1 Hotel Melbourne has confirmed its Valentine’s Day dining programme across two Yarra River-facing venues, From Here by Mike and Crane Bar & Lounge. The hotel will deliver two separate set menu experiences, each aligned to the venue’s service style and menu structure.
From Here by Mike will present From Here, With Love, a Valentine’s Day dinner designed for shared dining. The experience centres on a multi-course menu intended for two guests, with dishes served progressively across the evening. Service begins with a glass of Taittinger Prestige Rosé NV.

The opening courses feature shared tasting plates. Guests receive freshly shucked oysters topped with blood plum granita and smoked oil. The menu also includes locally sourced beef tartare served with crisp fried potatoes, presented for sharing.
Main courses offer two options. The kitchen will serve a pork tomahawk with radicchio agrodolce and stone fruit mustard, or red mullet paired with fregola and crustacean bisque. Both mains arrive as shared dishes for two guests.
Dessert concludes the experience with Love Indulgence. This final course combines white chocolate, berry compote, white strawberries and truffle, finished with heart-shaped macarons and presented as a shared dessert.

Crane Bar & Lounge Valentine’s Day menu
Crane Bar & Lounge will offer a separate Valentine’s Day experience focused on cocktails and relaxed dining. The venue will introduce a dedicated set menu alongside a signature cocktail created for the occasion.
The evening at Crane Bar & Lounge begins with Blush at Dusk, a cocktail that blends cherry rum, cacao blanc, lemongrass sake, lime and mango. Following the opening drink, the kitchen will serve a sequence of savoury and main dishes throughout the evening.

Menu highlights include a savoury egg tart topped with caviar and crème fraîche, Akaroa salmon tartare, and confit duck served with orange supreme and citrus-infused jus. The menu structure allows guests to progress through courses at a relaxed pace.
Dessert at Crane Bar & Lounge features white chocolate with rose infusion and raspberry elements, finished with nitrogen-crystallised rose. This course completes the set menu offering for the evening.

Both venues will also provide selected à la carte options on the night, offering an alternative to the Valentine’s Day set menus. The hotel confirmed that guests may attend via walk-in or advance booking.
The Valentine’s Day programme will operate concurrently across From Here by Mike and Crane Bar & Lounge, delivering two distinct dining formats within the 1 Hotel Melbourne riverside precinct.
