Board Changes and Resolutions Approved

On 3 April, SES held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Betzdorf, Luxembourg. Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors, including the approval of the 2025 annual accounts and the proposed dividend payout.

The approved dividend amounts to EUR 0.50 per A-share and EUR 0.20 per B-share. An interim dividend of EUR 0.25 per A-share and EUR 0.10 per B-share was already paid on 16 October 2025. Shareholders will receive the final dividend on 16 April 2026.

Expressing gratitude, Adel Al-Saleh, CEO of SES, said, “I would like to sincerely thank our shareholders for their active engagement, visionary support, and continued confidence in SES’ strategy.” He emphasised the company’s commitment to a multi-orbit approach, utilising Medium Earth Orbit as a strategic backbone for a global interconnected network.

SES is enhancing vertical integration and fostering innovative partnerships following the recent acquisition of Intelsat. This strategic move aims to support long-term value creation and customer success.

New Board Appointments and Elections

Shareholders agreed to set the number of Directors at nine. Frank Esser was re-elected as Chairperson for a one-year term. Meanwhile, Anne-Catherine Ries was re-elected as Director for a one-year term, and Joseph Cohen was appointed to the Board for a three-year term.

Vice-Chairperson roles will be shared between Anne-Catherine Ries and Peter van Bommel, both serving one-year terms. These appointments reflect the company’s strategic direction and leadership stability.

SES plans to publish detailed voting results on its website. The 2025 Annual Report, offering insights into strategic plans and financial performance, is available for download.

Intelsat’s acquisition has contributed to over 100 years of combined industry leadership, boosting SES’s ability to deliver resilient connectivity solutions globally.

Shareholders should mark 16 April 2026, when the final dividend payments are scheduled, as the next significant date.
