Visitors in a soccer jersey get 15% off until 31st July 2026
Visitors who wear a soccer jersey to the Empire State Building Observation Deck can get 15% off tickets bought online through 31st July 2026.
Guests must wear the jersey on the day of their visit to use the discount. Online tickets include the immersive museum plus access to the 86th and 102nd Floor Observation Decks.
Empire State Building Observation Deck announced the offer on 8th July 2026 as New York moved toward the tournament final. The July promotion targets sports fans visiting the Midtown Manhattan landmark.
Dan Rogoski, observatory general manager, said guests can wear either a national team shirt or a club jersey from their hometown. He added: “There is no more iconic way to celebrate the city’s summer of soccer than at the #1 attraction in the United States.”
Classic Football Shirts exhibition
Alongside the ticket offer, visitors can see a soccer jersey exhibition from the Classic Football Shirts vault. The display features more than 100 match-worn and rare shirts tied to Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham and other leading players.
That exhibition runs through 19th July 2026. As a result, visitors can combine the display with the discount for part of the month.
Empire State Realty Trust owns the Empire State Building and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ESRT. The building rises 1,454 feet above Midtown Manhattan from base to antenna.
Its 86th Floor deck is the only 360-degree open-air observatory with views of New York and beyond. Meanwhile, the upgraded 102nd Floor deck has floor-to-ceiling windows.
A $165 million reimagination added a dedicated guest entrance, bespoke host uniforms and an interactive museum with nine galleries. Both observation levels are included in the discounted online ticket.
Tripadvisor’s 2026 Travellers’ Choice Awards: Best of the Best Things to Do ranked the Empire State Building Observation Deck as the No. 1 attraction in the United States. The operator highlighted that ranking in the July campaign.
The museum journey covers the building’s history before guests reach the decks. Because of that layout, the ticket includes more than skyline views alone.
Guests need to book online to claim the 15% discount. While the jersey offer runs through 31st July 2026, the exhibition ends earlier on 19th July 2026.
