Bianconi Succeeds Di Segni in Key Role

Sodali & Co has announced the appointment of Fabio Bianconi as the new Head of Italy, effective immediately. Bianconi succeeds Andrea Di Segni, who will transition to a new role as Senior Relationship Advisor.

Fabio Bianconi brings extensive experience and strong client relationships to his new position, having advised on complex mandates within the Italian market. He is expected to lead Sodali & Co’s growth and development efforts in Italy.

Andrea Di Segni, who served as Head of Italy for over two decades, will now focus on supporting key client relationships and strategic initiatives in his new advisory role. His leadership has been pivotal in establishing Sodali & Co as a leader in corporate governance and shareholder engagement.
