New Fund Targets Income and Growth via U.S. Land Investments

SYDNEY — Walton Global has launched a U.S. Land Income & Growth Fund to attract international investors, focusing on generating income and long-term capital appreciation through residential land investments across the United States. The private investment vehicle, announced this week, aims to alleviate the housing supply imbalance according to Walton Global.

The fund, which completed its first close in October 2025, is structured to offer exposure to U.S. real assets. This initiative follows Walton Global‘s previous launches of investment vehicles in Japan and Hong Kong, indicating a strong international interest in U.S. land-backed strategies. “The fund is intended for institutional and high-net-worth investors seeking stable income and long-term growth,” said Tim Haywood, Managing Director, Middle East at Walton Global.

Investment Strategy and Market Context

The initiative is designed for early opportunities in the housing value chain, with an emphasis on land-secured positions to limit reliance on leverage. Walton Global confirmed the fund’s Shariah-compliance, expanding its accessibility to investors with Islamic finance requirements.

This move by Walton Global comes amid growing demand for U.S. residential land as a reliable asset class.
