Agave Lux Returns On 25th February With Oysters And Agave
D&K Seafood x Agave Lux will return to LKF Bar on Wednesday, 25th February for its third one-night-only pop-up. The event will centre on freshly shucked oysters paired with premium agave spirits.
The pop-up will take place inside LKF Bar, located above modern Asian eatery Yum Sing House. The venue will host two structured sittings during the evening. Organisers will combine Australian seafood with a curated selection of agave-based pours.
For $28, guests will receive six freshly shucked oysters sourced from around Australia. The oysters will be served with a selection of sauces. The package will also include a 30ml full pour of a premium agave spirit.

In addition, guests may purchase extra oysters throughout the night. Oysters will be available at $3 each after the initial serving. Agave beverages will be offered for $10 for the remainder of the event.
The concept continues the established collaboration between D&K Seafood and Agave Lux. This marks the third instalment of the pop-up series at the venue. Each event has focused on pairing seafood with premium agave spirits rather than limiting the offering to tequila.
Furthermore, the format allows attendees to select from two timed sessions. Guests may book either a 6 pm sitting or an 8 pm sitting. However, capacity remains limited for both sessions.
Bookings must be secured via SevenRooms. Access will operate strictly on confirmed reservations due to limited seating. As a result, walk-ins are not guaranteed entry.
LKF Bar will host the event in its late-night setting above Yum Sing House. The space will provide the backdrop for the oyster-and-agave pairing experience. Meanwhile, service will follow the scheduled sitting times to manage flow and capacity.
Oysters will be freshly shucked on-site during each session. The sourcing will cover multiple regions across Australia. Consequently, the menu will reflect a selection of local seafood producers.
Agave Lux will present a curated range of premium agave spirits for the event. The 30ml full pour included in the $28 package will introduce guests to a selected expression. Additional agave beverages will remain available for purchase throughout the evening.
