Exclusive Milk Bar Pop-Up in Sydney
American Express delicious. Month Out (AEDMO) returns this May. It invites food enthusiasts across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra to dine out and explore new culinary venues. This marks the seventh year of the popular culinary campaign.
Christina Tosi, renowned pastry chef and founder of Milk Bar, will bring her iconic bakery to Sydney for the first time. From May 1 to 3, she will transform Ace Hotel Sydneys Good Chemistry cafe into a pop-up Milk Bar, offering a unique experience for visitors. This pop-up will recreate the iconic New York bakery experience for Sydneysiders.
Open daily from 8am to 2pm, the pop-up will feature Tosi9s famous Cereal Milk soft serve and signature cookies. a special limited-edition dessert inspired by classic Australian flavors will be available. This exclusive creation will be complimentary for the first 100 American Express card members each day.
AEDMO’s Impact on Local Dining
Since launching in 2020, AEDMO has significantly supported the Australian dining industry, contributing over $216 million. Last year, 68% of Amex spend at participating venues came from card members who hadn9t visited those places in the past six months, demonstrating the campaign’s success in attracting new customers.

This year9s AEDMO offers American Express card members 20% back up to $25 per card at over 65,000 venues nationwide, from April 28 to May 31.
