Global Campaign Links Web3 Talent with Opportunities

Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange, is celebrating the third anniversary of its Blockchain4Youth initiative. To mark this milestone, they launched ‘Boxed for Opportunity’, a global campaign connecting emerging Web3 talent with industry opportunities. The launch coincides with Bitcoin Pizza Day, adding a creative twist to the initiative.n

Utilising an innovative approach, the campaign delivers standout resumes and portfolios directly to Web3 companies in pizza boxes. This effort provides young talent with direct access to professional opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.n

Blockchain4Youth has engaged over 15,000 participants globally since its inception. More than 70 universities have partnered, and over 100 campus activations have been hosted. Initially focusing on blockchain education and awareness, the initiative now expands to actionable pathways for professional development.n

“The future of Web3 will be shaped by the people we empower today,” stated Ignacio Aguirre Franco, CMO of Bitget. “Through Blockchain4Youth, we are building pathways for young talent to learn, prove themselves, and connect with the ecosystems where they can contribute.”n

The Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub offers structured programmes for teenagers, providing professional recognition, guided learning, and career support. Participants gain priority opportunities and industry exposure through the Talent Alliance, connecting them with partners like Bondex, Morph Network, and Foresight Ventures.n

Campaign Details and Participationn

Participants in the campaign can submit their background, experience, and standout work, indicating their target regions for job opportunities. Selected candidates will have their resumes printed on pizza boxes, which will be delivered to key companies and partners across different regions.n

The campaign bridges skilled individuals with hiring ecosystems by combining digital submissions with physical delivery. By leveraging the cultural significance of Bitcoin Pizza Day, the campaign highlights the potential of the next generation of Web3 professionals.n

Boxed for Opportunity extends its reach by using social amplification, supported by regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to increase visibility for participants. This approach ensures that standout talents gain attention from industry stakeholders.n
