Investment Focus on AI Enterprise Solutions
Blue Cloud Ventures, a venture growth firm committed to enterprise software investments, announced the final closure of its fifth fund, Blue Cloud Ventures V, on 2nd June 2026. The fund aims to support AI-driven enterprise software firms.
Based in New York, the firm manages over $1 billion in assets, focusing on companies that are set to define or reshape industries with AI technology. Blue Cloud typically invests between $10 million and $30 million as a lead, co-lead, or co-investor.
Rami Rahal, Founder & Managing Partner at Blue Cloud Ventures, stated, "We believe we are in the early innings of a massive structural shift in enterprise software. Our focus is to partner with the architects of this shift to ensure they have the runway and strategic support to become the systems-of-record in the AI era."
Strategic Investment and Support
Blue Cloud Ventures V has already invested in several leading companies, including Exein, Forethought, Impact Analytics, Sanity, RapidFort, and Writer. Joel Lou, Founder and Operating Partner at Blue Cloud Ventures, acknowledged the challenging fundraising environment. He stated, "This has been one of the most selective fundraising environments our industry has seen in years. We are incredibly grateful to our LPs, many of whom have been with us since our first fund."
Blue Cloud Ventures continues to leverage its extensive network of tech founders, CEOs, and international partners to provide deep operational expertise and global expansion support for its portfolio companies. Their network includes over 100 tech founders and CEOs, many of whom are limited partners in BCV funds.
