Coordinated group transport now spans the USA
BusBank, BusCharter.com.au and BusHire.co.nz have formed a partnership to offer coordinated charter bus bookings across the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The companies announced the deal on 21 July 2026 from Sydney and Chicago.
Corporate teams, tour groups, schools and sporting teams are among the clients targeted by the tie-up. It is aimed at organisations that need group ground transport between North America and Australia or New Zealand.
Instead of booking separately in each market, customers can use aligned local providers across four major English-speaking markets. According to the companies, that should simplify travel programmes, events and multi-stop itineraries in more than one region.
BusBank supplies the North American network. It works with more than 2,200 operator partners across all 50 US states and all provinces in Canada.

Across Australia and New Zealand, BusCharter.com.au and sister brand BusHire.co.nz already provide charter coverage. Founded in 2014, the businesses book buses, coaches and group transport for corporate, education, tourism, events, government and sporting clients.
The Australian and New Zealand brands use a technology-enabled booking model designed to simplify charter transport. That setup now links with BusBank’s reach in the United States and Canada.
Harald Kruse, chief executive of BusBank, said clients had asked for support in other regions so they could manage bus charter needs across multiple markets more easily.
“Wade and the BusCharter.com.au team have built a strong operation in Australia and New Zealand, and this partnership gives us a reliable way to support customers looking for that broader reach,” Kruse said.
Meanwhile, the companies tied the agreement to growing demand for better cross-border charter support. They highlighted clients managing travel programmes, events and multi-stop itineraries across different regions.
Los Angeles, Vancouver and New York
Wade O’Shea of BusCharter.com.au said the business regularly helps customers from Australia and New Zealand arrange transport abroad for tours, school travel, corporate programmes and other group movements.
Following the partnership, those customers have a clearer path to booking transport when they arrive in Los Angeles, Vancouver, San Francisco, Dallas and New York.
BusBank is a Global Charter Services, Inc. Company, which also owns CorporateShuttle and Buster.com. The BusBank brand launched in 2001, and the company merged with Buster.com in 2018.
Since launch, BusBank has transported more than 4.3 million passengers. Across its brands, the company operates throughout the United States and Canada.
For multinational clients, the new arrangement creates one coordinated booking option across two regions. As a result, schools, sports teams, tour operators and corporate planners can manage charter buses across four countries through linked local providers.
