Workshops and International Tutors Highlight Event
Crochet Guild Australia invites enthusiasts to Wollongong, New South Wales, for the 2026 Crochet Convention from 19th to 21st June. Novotel Wollongong Northbeach will host this vibrant celebration.
Celebrating the theme ‘Made to Last’, attendees can enjoy a diverse programme with hands-on workshops for every skill level, a lively yarn market, and presentations by both international and local crochet experts.
Among the esteemed tutors, Toni Lipsey of TL Yarn Crafts from the USA, Krisztine Anna Edömér from Hungary, and Australia’s Arunima Goel of Knitterknotter will share their expertise. Prominent figures such as Jenny King, former President of Crochet Guild Australia, and Linda Dean from the USA will also be featured.
Spanning three days, the convention offers workshops on topics ranging from beginner fundamentals to advanced techniques, including intricate design and construction.
