eXp Realty sets first Latin America eXpcon for 6th April to 8th April 2027

EXp Realty will hold eXpcon Medellin from 6th April to 8th April 2027. It will be the company’s first eXpcon in Latin America and its first conference presented entirely in Spanish.

On 21st July 2026, the brokerage released more details from Bellingham, Washington. EXp Realty is the core subsidiary of AGNT, Inc., which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker AGNT.

Medellin will host a three-day programme with keynote speakers, business and leadership education, networking opportunities and region-specific sessions. Every part of the conference will be delivered in Spanish.

Inside eXp’s network, the Central America, Latin America and Caribbean region is known as CALA. EXp Realty already operates in eight CALA markets: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Puerto Rico.

Demand for stronger cross-border links has grown as more buyers from the United States and Canada look outside their home markets. Many are seeking investment properties, second homes and relocation opportunities in Latin America.

Because of that shift, agents need stronger local knowledge and trusted partners in each country. EXpcon Medellin will bring agents together with market experts from across Latin America to build those ties and serve clients whose plans cross borders.

Bravo also said many agents now help clients whose goals go beyond a single city or country. He described the Spanish-language event as an investment in knowledge, relationships and market expertise for that work.

Attendees can use it to study emerging markets, strengthen referral networks and find new ways to serve clients with property interests across Latin America.

Virginia Restrepo, CALA regional director at eXp International, said the event will give Latin America a chance to welcome agents from abroad and highlight innovation across its markets. She also said a Spanish-only format will keep those discussions authentic to the communities driving that momentum.
