G&T Week runs from 18th to 24th May with venues nationwide
Fever-Tree G&T Week will run across Australia from 18th May to 24th May 2026, bringing together bars, distilleries and cellar doors for a national focus on gin and tonic serves.
The week will include venues across multiple states, from Bondi to Byron Bay, and from Adelaide to Perth. During this period, participating venues will offer curated gin and tonic serves at set prices, supported by dedicated menus and pairings.
Additionally, venues will partner with distilleries to present different gin and tonic combinations. Participating producers include Ester Spirits, Hickson House, Lume Distilling, Burly Gin and Bellarine Spirits.
Judith Kennedy AM, CEO and Founder of Gin Events, said, “The gin and tonic is one of those drinks everyone thinks they know, but when it’s done properly, it becomes something completely different. There’s real craft behind a great G&T, from the gin and the tonic through to how it’s served, and this week is about bringing that to life in some of the best venues around the country. It’s a chance to experience the drink at its best.”
Furthermore, the lineup includes a mix of established venues and local operators. Locations taking part include Icebergs Dining Room and Bar in Bondi, The Barber Shop in Sydney, Hains & Co in Adelaide, White Rabbit Cocktail Room in Canberra, and the Searoad Ferry operating between Sorrento and Queenscliff.
Darren Dalzell, National Sales & Trade Marketing Manager for Fever-Tree Australia, said “At Fever-Tree, we go to the ends of the earth to source the world’s finest natural ingredients, and now we’re excited to partner with Gin Events to bring that same spirit of discovery to Australia and New Zealand in celebrating the very best Gins across the region. We believe the G&T is more than just a drink, and with the right ingredients and attention to detail; it becomes something far more. We call it a G&TC; a Gin & Tonic, reimagined as a cocktail experience.”

Victorian venues and national competition confirmed
In Victoria, venues include The Arborist, Onda and Tarro in Geelong, The Goods Shed in Ballarat, Urban Ground in Mordialloc, Tyga in Carnegie, and the Searoad Ferry route between Sorrento and Queenscliff. Local distilleries involved include Bellarine Spirits, Itinerant Spirits and Saint Felix Distillery.
Alongside venue participation, the inaugural Fever-Tree G&T Cup will run during the same week. The competition will identify leading gin and tonic pairings across Australia and New Zealand, with the top five and overall winner announced at the start of the week.
In addition, visitors following the G&T trail will be able to enter a competition to win a year’s supply of gin and tonic serves. Entry is linked to participation at venues during the event period.
The week places a focus on gin and tonic serves across venues nationwide, supported by coordinated timing and venue participation.
