AI to Revolutionise Industrial Park Operations
In Hanoi, FPT Corporation and Amata Group finalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to drive AI-driven transformation in Southeast Asia’s industrial parks. Thailand’s Prime Minister, H.E. Anutin Charnvirakul, witnessed the event, underscoring its significance.
AI-driven smart industrial estate solutions are central to the collaboration. These include smart utilities management, AI-based monitoring, and predictive maintenance tailored for Amata’s infrastructure in Thailand, Vietnam, and the broader region.
Development of the Amata Digital Hub will streamline digital services for tenants, offering permitting, compliance processes, and supply chain connectivity.
Manufacturing digital transformation initiatives encompass smart factory solutions, featuring manufacturing execution systems, AI-driven quality control, and robotics, alongside ERP modernization programmes like SAP S/4HANA.
Focus on Sustainability and Talent Development
Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments are emphasised in the MOU. Plans include integrating renewable energy and carbon tracking solutions to support Amata’s sustainability goals.

FPT’s AI-first approach will utilise its FleziPT platform, backed by over 30,000 AI-augmented engineers, ensuring effective implementation. This collaboration aims to establish scalable, efficient industrial ecosystems across the region.
Initiatives for ESG and sustainable development include carbon footprint tracking and reporting platforms, energy optimization, and renewable energy integration. Joint efforts will also focus on talent development through academic programmes, using FPT’s integrated education system to create training courses and vocational programmes within Amata industrial parks.
Both companies will assess IoT, data platforms, and analytics to enable efficient, data-driven management of Amata’s industrial environments. smart security and surveillance, alongside digital twin technologies, will enhance the parks’ infrastructure.
