Platform Enhances Software and IT Operations
On 22nd May, FPT, a global IT corporation, launched Flezi Foundry, an AI-augmented delivery platform, in Hanoi, Vietnam. This platform is set to revolutionise the way enterprises approach software development and IT operations across the globe.
Flezi Foundry is designed around a Service-as-a-Software model, combining autonomous AI agents with human expert oversight. This approach aims to modernise technology delivery by integrating AI agents into delivery workflows, ensuring governance, transparency, and improved performance.
Two distinct service modes operate within the platform: the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and Agentic Managed Services (AMS). ADLC utilises specialised AI agents in software development stages like planning, coding, and testing. Meanwhile, AMS focuses on IT operations, handling alert triage and incident resolution with the goal of automating 60% to 90% of first-line support requests.
Foundations and Features
Flezi Foundry is built on four key foundations: hybrid sovereign infrastructure, hybrid FTE Pods, capacity-based pricing, and a Digital Brain and Skill Marketplace. These elements work together to capture reusable standards, runbooks, and expertise, enhancing the platform’s overall efficiency.
To facilitate a smooth transition for enterprises, FPT offers a structured adoption pathway. This begins with a discovery workshop, followed by pilot testing through A/B delivery teams or shadow-mode operations, before moving on to full-scale deployment.
Frank Bignone, FPT Software Senior Vice President, remarked, “Agentic AI is moving enterprise technology delivery into a new phase, where intelligence is embedded not only in tools, but in the operating model itself.”
FPT’s Flezi Foundry aligns with the company’s AI-first strategy, complementing its existing AI platforms and services across Vietnam, Japan, and other global locations. The goal is to continuously deliver AI-driven solutions to enhance enterprise technology delivery.
The platform leverages a hybrid sovereign infrastructure that combines Azure Virtual Private Cloud and FPT AI Factory, ensuring secure and efficient operations. This infrastructure supports Hybrid FTE Pods, where human supervisors govern AI agents through Human-in-the-Loop and Human-on-the-Loop models.
FPT’s capacity-based pricing is linked to story-point velocity and outcome-based SLA tiers. This pricing model allows enterprises to manage costs effectively while receiving high-quality services. The Digital Brain and Skill Marketplace within Flezi Foundry captures and shares reusable standards, runbooks, and expertise, fostering innovation and collaboration.
As Flezi Foundry matures, it is projected to automate resolution for 60% to 90% of first-line support requests and support 99.5% service-level compliance. This advancement in AI technology delivery ensures faster response times and improved service performance over time.
