14th GLA Conference Reshapes Global Logistics Partnerships

Key Outcomes and Innovations from the Event

On 9th May 2026, the 14th GLA Global Logistics Conference concluded at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre in China. It attracted over 2,000 logistics leaders from more than 130 countries.

Focusing on the theme ‘Enhance Resilience, Deepen Collaboration, Create Value’, the conference facilitated over 100,000 targeted business meetings. More than 200 international exhibitors showcased innovations.

Ms. Grace Sun, Founder and President of GLA Global Logistics Alliance, stated, “As global trade policies evolve, competition no longer hinges on speed alone, but on systemic resilience and comprehensive service capabilities.”

Strategic Partnerships and Innovations

Launching the GLA Global Logistics Smart Ecosystem was a significant achievement. This platform is designed to streamline operations and accelerate business growth for logistics enterprises worldwide, integrating intelligent supply-demand matching and a member credit system.

Conference attendees witnessed the formation of strategic partnerships, including agreements with Kazpost and Hong Kong Causeway Bay Group. new digital products were introduced to enhance cross-border collaboration efficiency.

Li Jiaxiang, Former Deputy Minister of Transport of China, highlighted the strategic importance of emerging sectors like smart logistics. Zhang Zhigang, Former Deputy Minister of Commerce of China, emphasised the role of logistics in driving economic growth.

Promoting diversity and empowerment within the industry, the conference featured the Women in Logistics Leadership (W.I.L.L.) Forum. This was part of broader engagement activities, including cultural and networking events.

Digital tools introduced at the event aim to help logistics companies identify trusted global partners faster, reduce operational friction, and unlock new international business opportunities.

Serving as a high-value platform, the event provided opportunities for international networking, strategic partnership development, and cross-border business expansion.

Scheduled to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, the next GLA Global Logistics Conference will be held from 22nd to 25th October 2026.
