Intel Xeon Support and OEM Partnerships
On June 1, 2026, Graid Technology announced the launch of VROC, a rebranded and actively developed platform, accompanied by a 24-month roadmap. This development took place in Sunnyvale, California.
The new VROC platform will support the Intel Xeon 6 platform, including Oak Stream (Diamond Rapids), and offers no-cost upgrades for existing Intel VROC customers. This is a significant enhancement under Graid Technology’s stewardship.
By eliminating the need for hardware keys through UEFI licensing, the roadmap simplifies procurement and lifecycle management. New client and workstation capabilities are being developed in collaboration with Tier 1 OEM partners.
“VROC by Graid Technology is built on the same proven foundation that enterprise customers have trusted for years,” said CEO Leander Yu of Graid Technology. “Our commitment is straightforward – preserve that continuity while delivering the active development, OEM collaboration, and next-generation Intel Xeon platform support that the market has been asking for.”
Tier 1 OEM Partnerships
Tier 1 OEM partners Lenovo and Supermicro have endorsed Graid Technology’s stewardship, contributing to the updated roadmap. The platform enables the coexistence of SupremeRAID, allowing CPU-based RAID and GPU-accelerated RAID on the same Intel Xeon platform.
The branding and feature updates for VROC by Graid Technology will be available through OEM and channel partners starting in Q3 2026. Meanwhile, support for Intel VROC under Graid Technology is accessible now.
According to Graid Technology, their headquarters are in Sunnyvale, California, while they also operate globally with R&D in Taiwan. They provide RAID solutions that maximise NVMe storage performance for enterprise and high-performance computing infrastructure.
Graid Technology will showcase its innovations at Computex Taipei from June 2 to 5, Booth R0502. Andrea Eaken, Senior Director of Marketing for Americas and EMEA, can be contacted at (866) 472-4310 for media inquiries. The original announcement is available on ACCESS Newswire.
Graid Technology, known for creating SupremeRAID, the world’s first GPU-based RAID controller, continues to lead in RAID solutions. Their commitment ensures that enterprise servers across Tier 1 platforms worldwide benefit from enhanced data protection and storage performance.
