New Tools Aid Incentive Professionals

Incentive professionals are gaining access to a new range of tools launched by the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA). Predictions indicate that business spending on loyalty, employee recognition, and channel incentives will surpass $80 billion by the 2030s.

With the market becoming increasingly complex, IMA’s resources aim to guide professionals through evolving demands. Vince Chiofolo, President of the Incentive & Engagement Solution Providers, highlighted the need for fast-evolving, deeply integrated, and personalized programmes at scale, stating, “It’s not just more money coming in, it’s more complexity.”

Comprehensive Resource Suite Launched

Among the new offerings is the industry report ‘Inside the Incentive Buyer’s Mind’, which provides insights from over 50 programme owners. This report delves into the shifting expectations of today’s buyers and assists leaders and solution providers in refining their approaches.

EngageIQ, the first AI assistant built for incentive education, is now live. Integrated with ChatGPT, it offers real-time advice on segmentation, programme design, reward models, and strategy. EngageIQ aims to enhance discussions around recognition, loyalty, and incentives.

The Motivation Insiders Podcast has been relaunched to provide sharper, more frequent insights. It features voices from across the industry, including practitioners, platform leaders, marketers, and incentive buyers. Each episode explores aspects of behavioral science and its practical applications in incentive programs.

For a global perspective, the IMA Global Incentives & Recognition Report consolidates insights from executives and companies worldwide. This report offers a structured understanding of the global incentive landscape, delivering actionable insights across various regions and roles.

The Recognition Professionals Certification, based on Recognition Professionals International’s 7 Best Practice Standards, establishes leadership in employee recognition. It enhances expertise in the art and science of recognition, backed by decades of research.

All these tools are available on the IMA website, providing a scalable knowledge base that ensures global comparability and local relevance across different roles and regions. Visit www.incentivemarketing.org for access to these resources.
