KeepCup bottle expands reusable drinkware with an insulated stainless steel design
Melbourne reusable drinkware brand KeepCup has expanded its product range with the launch of its first insulated hydration bottle. The KeepCup bottle moves the company’s reuse concept beyond coffee and into everyday hydration.
The brand spent more than 15 years developing reusable drinkware for café culture. However, the new bottle focuses on daily hydration rather than coffee use.
The design follows the company’s barista-led approach to drinkware. As a result, the product focuses on drinking comfort, daily habits and simple functionality.
The bottle uses an insulated stainless steel construction that keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours. It also includes a dual sip or chug mouthpiece so users can control how they drink.
In addition, the lid opens with a push-button flip mechanism that allows one-handed access. A fold-down carry loop locks into place when not in use.
Design and materials support everyday hydration
The KeepCup bottle comes in two sizes designed for daily use. The available formats include 700ml and 950ml capacities.
The bottle’s lightweight shape fits easily into bags and standard cup holders. Consequently, the design supports longer days with fewer refills.
KeepCup offers the bottle in four colourways: Orchid, Pashmak Pink, Mulberry and Black. Each option forms part of the product’s streamlined design approach.
The drinking edge features a smooth rim designed for direct sipping. Therefore, the design avoids sharp edges or unnecessary additions.
The stainless steel body maintains cold drink temperatures while protecting taste quality. Meanwhile, the lid supports simple open, drink and close functionality.

The company also integrated recycled materials into the bottle. The body uses 90% recycled stainless steel.
The lid uses Tritan material that contains 50% recycled content. In addition, the lid remains lightweight, durable and lead-free.
KeepCup designed the bottle for long-term use and repair. The company states that continued product use remains the most sustainable outcome.
“Hydration is a daily habit, and we wanted to create a bottle that is as versatile and easy to use as it is durable,” says Abigail Forsyth, co-founder of KeepCup. “Our goal has always been to make reuse effortless and enjoyable, and this bottle gives people another way to integrate sustainability into their everyday routine.”
KeepCup founders Abigail and Jamie Forsyth launched the brand in Melbourne in 2009. The company first developed a reusable cup designed to meet barista standards while reducing single-use coffee waste.
Today KeepCup products sell in more than 75 countries. The company continues to develop reusable drinkware designed for everyday habits.
The KeepCup bottle will launch on the 14th of April 2026. The 700ml bottle will retail for $60 AUD, while the 950ml version will retail for $70 AUD.
