New Boneless Options and Bold Sauces Lead the Change

KFC is embarking on a global journey, showcasing menu innovations, modern restaurant designs, and fresh branding. This rollout kicks off in the UK and Ireland, focusing on boneless chicken and exciting new sauces.

Every 3.5 hours, on average, a new KFC restaurant opens somewhere in the world. This expansion spans 34,000 locations in more than 150 countries, aiming to offer flavour-forward experiences that align with today’s consumer preferences.

Scott Mezvinsky, CEO of KFC Global, remarked, “This next chapter brings new energy and expression to what makes us iconic, while doubling down on our chicken and reimagining how fans experience KFC around the world.”

Introducing New KFC Experiences

A wide variety of boneless chicken options designed for dipping are included in KFC’s new offerings, complemented by a global sauce pantry with more than 20 sauces. These sauces, including Chimichurri Ranch and Hot Honey Habanero, allow local markets to customise flavours to regional tastes.

KWENCH by KFC, expanding the brand’s beverage options, features Boba Refreshers, Krunch Shakes, Sparkling Lemonades, and Iced Coffees. Initially launched in the UK and Ireland, this initiative will soon reach Australia and Canada.

Modern restaurant designs will showcase KFC’s dedication to hospitality and contemporary dining experiences. Plans include an open-concept restaurant in McKinney, Texas, and a two-story immersive space in Dubai.

Refreshing the brand’s image, KFC aims to balance its legacy with contemporary elements. Updates to the iconic KFC bucket and Colonel Sanders will feature across packaging, digital platforms, and advertising.

In South Africa and India, Dunked menu items, characterised by tenders, wings, and sandwiches drenched in sauce, highlight consumer demand for indulgent, sauce-forward experiences.

Globally, KFC is redefining its menu and brand identity. The brand is embracing consumer trends by enhancing beverage experiences and offering crave-worthy items. For instance, the new global sauce pantry ensures that every market can adapt to local tastes, which demonstrates KFC’s commitment to customization.

As the global appetite for chicken grows, KFC is answering the call by setting the standard for modern chicken in quick-service restaurants, making each bite flavourful and memorable.

With a focus on personalization, KFC’s new offerings are designed to meet the evolving preferences of consumers worldwide, ensuring that the brand remains at the forefront of the quick-service restaurant industry.
