On June 3, 2026, Neo4j, the world’s leading graph intelligence platform, announced its acquisition of GraphAware, an intelligence analysis software company. This acquisition aims to introduce a new AI-powered intelligence analysis platform as an alternative to Palantir Gotham.
This strategic move is part of Neo4j’s $100 million AI investment roadmap, focusing on developing autonomous, context-aware agents to transform raw data into actionable intelligence. By integrating GraphAware’s capabilities into Neo4j’s platform, the acquisition ensures data sovereignty for government agencies.
Emil Eifrem, Founder and CEO of Neo4j, stated, “For over a decade, governments have utilised intelligence analysis software from Palantir. Now they will have a legitimate choice with GraphAware Hume, powered by the Neo4j graph intelligence platform.”
