Enhanced Efficiency and Customization Capabilities

On April 15, 2026, OPPEIN Home Group Inc. announced the completion of a significant upgrade to its intelligent manufacturing systems. This marks a new phase in the company’s production capabilities, aligning with the rising demand for efficiency and precision in the home furnishings sector. Founded in 1994, OPPEIN specialises in customised cabinets, doors, and furniture, and has been focusing on intelligent manufacturing since 2015 to meet market expectations for quality and flexible customization.

OPPEIN operates five production bases across China, strategically located in key manufacturing regions. Together, these facilities cover more than 3 million square meters and form an integrated network that supports global projects. The company’s advanced manufacturing system has the capacity to produce 25,000 cabinets per day under standard operating conditions, ensuring domestic orders in China are delivered within 7 days and international projects in approximately 45 days.

To further improve workflow efficiency, OPPEIN introduced a digitalized order-to-production system. This system transforms customer requirements directly into manufacturing instructions, enabling design drafting and quotation generation in about 30 minutes. Once finalised, plans are automatically converted into workshop manufacturing documentation. This includes the production of cabinet carcasses, fronts, hardware, and accessories, all tracked by unique QR codes to enhance traceability and reduce discrepancies.

Innovative Manufacturing Techniques

OPPEIN’s manufacturing facilities are equipped with automated lines from the German company HOMAG, ensuring flexible customization and precision. The manufacturing process involves automation in cutting, finishing, edge banding, drilling, and packaging, creating an integrated workflow designed for consistency and quality. AGV systems are utilised for internal factory logistics, boosting operational efficiency.

The company has achieved significant milestones, including reaching 50 million orders worldwide by early 2025, which encompassed 18,000 large-scale commercial projects. OPPEIN’s global presence is supported by over 8,000 showrooms in 146 countries and regions. With more than a decade of investment in advanced manufacturing, OPPEIN continues to expand its production capabilities, solidifying its position as Asia’s leading home furnishing enterprise. This expansion supports the company’s strategy for large-scale customization and international market growth.
