What to Expect From
Marvel Stadium will bring festive colour to Docklands from 11 December 2025. The venue is open and active, and the forecourt will turn into the North Pole for the holiday season. Pixar Putt will lead the celebrations with a vibrant mini golf course inspired by Pixar’s most loved films. The attraction will run until 18 January 2026, giving families plenty of time to enjoy the experience.
Visitors will see a huge nine-metre Pixar-themed Christmas tree at the centre of the site. Buzz Lightyear and other character statues will offer fun photo moments for all ages. Eighteen AFL club-themed Christmas trees will add a local twist to the area. Daily activities will include Santa visits, free family photos, merchandise stalls and a chance to view the AFL Premiership Cup. Food outlets will serve hot and cold treats to keep everyone comfortable and energised.
Pixar Putt will feature holes inspired by Toy Story, Cars, Monsters Inc., The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, A Bug’s Life, Wall E and Inside Out. A brand new hole from the upcoming film Hoppers will also appear. This season will be Pixar Putt’s final lineup in Australia, which adds extra anticipation for visitors. After Dark sessions will run on Friday and Saturday nights from 7 pm and will include a pop-up bar. The night sessions will create a lively atmosphere for adults and families. Guests who play a round may win prizes such as a double pass to see Ed Sheeran at Marvel Stadium, a twelve-month Disney+ subscription or a signed guernsey from their favourite AFL club.

Event Information and Insider Tips
Opening hours will run from 10 am to 8 pm from Sunday to Wednesday. From Thursday to Saturday, the precinct will stay open until 10 pm. The North Pole live site will match these times to create a seamless experience. Organisers ask visitors to check the Marvel Stadium website for any possible changes.
Marvel Stadium General Manager Scott Fitzgerald shared his excitement by saying, “We’re absolutely thrilled to transform Marvel Stadium into The North Pole again in 2026. We are very excited for the addition of a family-friendly 18-hole mini-golf course, which is set to be a one-of-a-kind Christmas experience for families and fans.” He also said, “This year has been another incredible year at Marvel Stadium from unforgettable concerts to blockbuster sporting events finishing it with The North Pole featuring Pixar Putt and Santa is the perfect finale for 2025.” He added, “We can’t wait to see the smiles on the faces of all of our guests throughout the festive period, and we thank Disney, Pixar and TEG Experiences for their support in bringing it all to life.”

Visitors should book their tickets early because capacity may fill quickly. Arriving ahead of time will help secure parking or ease public transport planning. Bringing a camera is a good idea since the tree, statues and themed areas create great photo moments. Guests can also explore the food stalls to avoid breaks between games.
