Sinovac extends special dividend deadline

Payment instructions due by 31st December 2026

Sinovac Biotech Ltd. Has extended the deadline for shareholders and nominee brokers to submit payment instructions for its special cash dividend to 31st December 2026.

Sinovac trades on Nasdaq under the ticker SVA.

Eligible holders can receive US$55.00 per common share if they held valid Sinovac common shares at the close of business on 23rd May 2025 ET.

The company first set 31st December 2025 as the deadline for completed instruction materials. It then moved the date to 30th June 2026 before extending it again to 31st December 2026.

Shareholders and nominee brokers that have not yet submitted their instruction materials should do so by 31st December 2026 to facilitate payment of the dividend.

Sinovac Biotech Ltd. Is a China-based global biopharmaceutical company focused on vaccines and related biological products for infectious diseases.

Its portfolio includes vaccines for influenza, viral hepatitis, varicella, Hand-Foot-Mouth disease, poliomyelitis and pneumococcal disease.

Three vaccines have WHO prequalification: Healive®, an inactivated hepatitis A vaccine, Sabin-strain inactivated polio vaccine, or sIPV, and a varicella vaccine.
