Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has unveiled the DCL54xx01A series, a new lineup of quad-channel high-speed digital isolators designed for industrial equipment. This series includes ten products housed in robust SOIC16-W packages, capable of operating at temperatures up to 125°C. Designed for demanding industrial applications, they ensure high performance under extreme conditions.
Employing Toshiba’s proprietary magnetic coupling isolation transmission technology, these isolators achieve a high common mode transient immunity of 150kV/μs. Such capability ensures stable signal transmission even in electrically noisy environments, crucial for maintaining reliability in high-performance industrial systems.
