Veuve Clicquot Sun Club runs from Friday 13th February to Sunday 29th March
Veuve Clicquot Sun Club has launched at Captain Baxter in St Kilda, introducing a beachfront summer series overlooking St Kilda Beach and Port Phillip Bay. The program delivers weekly sunset sessions that combine champagne service, live music and coastal dining across the final months of the season.
The series runs weekly and focuses on the venue’s golden hour period. Guests can enjoy Veuve Clicquot alongside seaside food offerings, while DJs provide music that shifts from relaxed daytime sounds into evening sets. As a result, the experience aligns closely with Melbourne’s beachside lifestyle and sunset trading patterns.

The official launch took place on Friday, 13th February, with a sunset session featuring SXNCELLO. The performance blended live saxophone and cello with electronic music, creating a high-energy soundtrack as the sun set over the bay. Consequently, the launch marked the start of the wider program scheduled through to late March.
Throughout the series, Captain Baxter hosts a rotating lineup of DJs. These performances move steadily from daytime sessions into sunset-focused programming. Therefore, music remains a central feature of Veuve Clicquot Sun Club across its full run.
Guests can also book Captain Baxter’s beachside bungalows as part of the Veuve Clicquot Sun Club offering. These semi-private spaces cater to group bookings and celebrations. In addition, each booking includes champagne on arrival, with curated food options available to complement the setting and views.
