AI Engine Targets Learning and Business Growth

Absorb Software has launched Absorb Aura, an advanced AI engine designed to enhance enterprise learning and drive business growth. Announced on 19th May 2026, the system aims to connect every learning moment to a measurable business outcome.

Absorb Aura is a coordinated system of AI agents built to support employee upskilling, departmental training, and educational programmes for customers, partners, and vendors. The AI agents provide personalized learning paths tailored to individual and organisational needs.

Kimberly Williams, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Absorb Software, stated, "Aura is the bet we are making on the next decade of enterprise learning. Our customers are not asking for another AI feature. They are asking us to redefine what learning is for."

Inside Absorb Aura

Aura is grounded in the customer's context, using their approved content while maintaining data isolation by tenant. The system is integrated into platforms like Microsoft Teams, Chrome, and the Absorb Learner Experience, featuring transparent governance and configurable controls.

Key components include the Aura Learner Agent, Discovery Agent, and Q&A Agent, which offer conversational interfaces, surface next best actions, and deliver traceable answers from organisational knowledge sources. Additional features like Aura Admin Assist and Aura Create simplify L&D operations and enhance course creation efficiency.

Saravana Sivanandham, Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Absorb Software, mentioned, "Every individual we serve is being asked to do more, with bigger responsibilities, broader scope, and less support around them. That is the productivity equation AI has to solve."

Since February 2026, Aura has been in beta, showing a 95% success rate in providing useful responses to learner queries and resolving 94% of sessions with a single response. The system is set to enter full deployment following its successful trials.

Absorb Software experienced its strongest year on record with a 27% revenue growth, highlighting the growing demand for innovative learning solutions like Aura. This growth is driven by the need for systems that align learning activities with business outcomes, especially as companies face a widening gap between AI strategy and team capabilities.

Aura's launch addresses the challenge enterprises face in piecing together a solution with disparate tools. By using Aura, Absorb Software offers a unified platform that delivers knowledge in various modalities at the moment of need, tracks skills development, and connects learning activities to operational business outcomes.
