Company Expands Mental Health Support in High-Pressure

Industry

SYDNEY — The Agency Group has announced its new initiative to enhance employee wellbeing by offering access to Reeboot AI, a mental health support platform, for over 850 employees and their families, including 480 agents nationwide. This move underscores the company’s commitment to a people-first growth strategy.

The initiative, available from March 18, provides a one-month complimentary access to Reeboot AI, a platform designed to offer confidential mental health support round the clock. According to The Agency, this tool is aimed at fostering a resilient workforce amid its national expansion.

Reeboot AI, developed for workplace environments, offers 24/7 support in multiple languages, integrating with live clinical services for necessary escalation, according to the company. “Real estate is a high-pressure profession, and we recognise that mental health is something many people quietly deal with,” said Paul Niardone, Executive Director of The Agency Group.

Reeboot AI: Addressing Mental Health in the Workplace

The Reeboot AI platform is approved under the Western Australian Government’s AI Assurance Framework and is aimed at providing early intervention to prevent serious mental health issues. Vishal Maharaj, Reeboot AI’s founder and a practising psychologist, highlighted that the platform targets Australians in high-pressure roles who often lack access to traditional support due to their demanding schedules.

The initiative aligns with industry trends where companies are increasingly adopting AI-driven solutions to support employee mental health. This comes as a response to rising psychological injury claims and the growing recognition of mental health as a critical workplace issue.
