Enhancing Multi-Channel Sales Process

Aircall, a leading AI-powered customer communications platform, has announced the acquisition of Piper AI, a company specialising in revenue intelligence, on 3rd June 2026. The acquisition aims to enhance Aircall’s capabilities in turning customer conversations into actionable sales outcomes.

With this acquisition, Aircall extends its platform’s functionality beyond AI-assisted communications to include multi-channel revenue execution. Piper AI’s technology will automate CRM updates, deal scoring, and follow-up actions after each customer interaction, improving the sales process across various channels.

Aircall currently supports over 23,000 businesses worldwide by integrating voice, SMS, and WhatsApp into a unified workspace. The platform’s AI Assist feature provides sales reps with real-time guidance, including account briefs and objection handling, while automating call summaries and follow-ups.

Scott Chancellor, CEO of Aircall, highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition: “Aircall has always focused on helping teams have better conversations with customers. With Piper, we are taking the next step: connecting those conversations to the pipeline signals, deal intelligence, and automated workflows that close revenue.”

Improving Sales Intelligence and Automation

Piper AI’s solutions convert signals from multiple channels, such as voice, video, email, and text messaging, into structured revenue intelligence. This integration allows automatic CRM updates and deal-stage changes, reducing manual data entry by over 50%, according to customer reports.

The acquisition also enhances Aircall’s ability to provide insights into deal momentum and risk, improving forecast accuracy by up to 50%. Piper AI’s workflow engine triggers alerts and schedules actions based on real-time deal conditions, ensuring continuous sales process optimisation.

Rodrigo Burillo Ocejo of Piper AI commented on the acquisition: “We built Piper around a simple belief: that customer conversations are the blueprint for revenue, but their value shouldn’t end in a summary. Joining Aircall lets us bring that intelligence to sales teams already running the world’s leading AI-powered communications platform.”

Piper AI’s team, based in Spain, will join Aircall, which was founded in Paris and has significant operations across Europe. This move reinforces Aircall’s commitment to leveraging European AI talent for global market leadership.

The acquisition promises to transform Aircall’s services by incorporating Piper’s advanced multi-channel data processing, which allows for more accurate deal tracking and sales predictions. This synergy is expected to significantly enhance productivity and efficiency across the board.
