Company Overview and Projects

Aris Mining is a Canadian gold mining company focused on operations in South America. It operates the Segovia and Marmato underground mines in Colombia, which together produced approximately 257,000 ounces of gold in 2025. The company is listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ARIS.

The company is advancing expansion projects at Segovia and Marmato. These projects are expected to increase annual gold production to approximately 500,000 ounces. The increase is driven by the ramp-up at Segovia following the installation of the second mill, completed in June 2025, and the construction of the new Marmato bulk mine and CIP plant, with first gold expected in Q4 2026.

Aris Mining's portfolio supports a longer-term objective of approximately 1 million ounces of annual gold production. Key projects include the high-grade Soto Norte gold project in Colombia, where environmental studies are being finalised for submission in Q2 2026 to initiate the licensing process.

In Guyana, the Toroparu gold project is another significant development. A Prefeasibility Study is in progress, with a construction decision expected in early 2027 following the completion of the study. This project is part of Aris Mining's strategy to expand its production capacity and resource base.

Additional information on Aris Mining can be found on their official website, as well as financial and regulatory sites such as SEDAR and SEC.
