Education and Career Pathways for Young Learners
Bitget announced the launch of the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub on April 27, 2026, in Victoria, Seychelles. This initiative is designed to equip young learners with essential skills for the Web3 workforce.
Part of Bitget’s broader mission, the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub aims to make blockchain education more accessible and actionable. It combines structured learning, professional recognition, and career support to help young people explore blockchain as a field of study and a viable career path in the digital economy.
Since its inception, Blockchain4Youth has engaged more than 15,000 participants. Initiatives like the LALIGA Youth Tournament in Thailand and partnerships with Google Developer Group on Campus have contributed significantly to its growth.
Those who complete the programme and pass assessments earn a Certificate of Completion. This certificate, signed by Bitget’s Chief Marketing Officer Ignacio Aguirre Franco, provides recognised credentials in the Web3 industry.
Partnerships and Opportunities
Bitget has confirmed a partnership with Bondex, the Web3 professional network behind web3.career, to create more transparent career entry points. This collaboration connects certified learners with potential employers in the industry.
Ignacio Palomera, Co-Founder of Bondex, stated, “Most young people trying to break into Web3 hit the same wall: they take a course, then have no network, no verified credentials, and no clear path to a job.” Blockchain4Youth and Bondex address this by providing a verified profile and direct application opportunities on web3.career.
The Blockchain4Youth Talent Alliance, a core part of the program, offers certified learners priority access to opportunities and industry networking channels. This creates a bridge between education and professional roles.
Since its launch, Blockchain4Youth’s efforts have demonstrated Bitget’s commitment to youth development and increasing interest among students in Web3 pathways. The programme helps learners gain industry exposure and networking opportunities.
Bitget’s initiative aims to build long-term infrastructure for Web3 education and talent development. By doing so, it positions itself as a key player in shaping the future workforce of the digital economy. The partnership with Bondex aims to make career entry points into Web3 more accessible for the next generation of builders and professionals.
