Unlocking Value in Agricultural Data

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ:DVLT) and AgSensor Solutions, LLC announced a consulting partnership to tokenize high-value agricultural data assets. The agreement, closed on April 14, 2026, combines AgSensor’s expertise in agricultural technology with Datavault AI’s data monetization technology.

This partnership focuses on identifying and valuing data assets across soil sensing, carbon, and sustainability metrics. Datavault AI’s Information Data Exchange®, DataScore®, and DataValue® blockchain platforms will be used for tokenization.

Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI, stated, “Our partnership with AgSensor Solutions is a pivotal step in expanding our RWA tokenization strategy into the vital agricultural sector. Data is the new crop for the modern farmer, and by applying our patented valuation and exchange technologies to soil and sustainability metrics, we are creating a transparent marketplace for agricultural intelligence.”

Creating a Marketplace for Agricultural Intelligence

The companies aim to create liquid, transparent digital assets from the $5 trillion global agricultural economy by leveraging AgSensor’s industry knowledge. This initiative provides a compliant pathway for agricultural producers to unlock the value of their data, consistent with applicable securities, data privacy, and anti-money-laundering regulations.

Michael J. DeSa, Co-Founder and CEO of AgSensor, added, “Partnering with Datavault AI allows us to bridge the gap between advanced agricultural sensing and the digital economy. There is an immense volume of high-quality data being generated in the field that remains undervalued.”

The collaboration targets companies with significant data assets suitable for global monetization, offering investors exposure to sustainability and food security metrics. The strategic alignment focuses on sourcing prospects with high-value data assets, refining product positioning for the agricultural market, and facilitating the integration of these assets into Datavault AI’s product lines.

Datavault AI intends to leverage AgSensor’s deep domain expertise in the agricultural technology sector. Their goal is to source and vet companies with data assets suitable for the patented Information Data Exchange®, DataScore®, and DataValue® platforms. By integrating AgSensor’s specialised industry knowledge with Datavault AI’s monetization infrastructure, the companies aim to create a new class of digital assets derived from the $5 trillion global agricultural economy.

This strategic collaboration focuses on refining product positioning for the agricultural market and facilitating the integration of these assets into Datavault AI’s product lines. The initiative seeks to drive new revenue streams for regenerative practices, enhancing the overall value of the agricultural data ecosystem.
