Foodpro 2026 Features New Segments and Conferences
Returning after three years, Foodpro 2026 will take place at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 26th to 29th July. Over 400 exhibitors and approximately 9,000 industry professionals are expected to attend this significant event.
Introducing a new FMCG segment, the event aims to connect food manufacturers with solutions for high-speed portioning, packing, and labelling. This addition is set to cater to the industry’s evolving needs.

AIFST Conference and Packaging Focus
Running concurrently with Foodpro, the AIFST Conference provides a platform for food science professionals, researchers, and industry stakeholders to engage in scientific discussions and explore the trade floor. This year marks a landmark partnership, merging food science with manufacturing exhibitions.
The Australasian Institute of Packaging will collaborate with Foodpro to offer mini training courses and seminars on sustainability, innovation, and regulatory compliance. These sessions will provide certification-backed learning for packaging professionals.
On 28th July, the PIDA Awards Gala Dinner will celebrate innovative packaging designs, adding prestige to the event.
Industry leaders will present on the Innovation Stage, covering topics such as automation, sustainability, and emerging technologies. These sessions are free for all registered visitors.
The event will kick off with an Industry Connect Evening on 26th July at Melbourne Public along the Yarra River, providing a networking opportunity for exhibitors and visitors.
