New Tiers and Community Initiatives
Lenovo has unveiled comprehensive updates to its Lenovo 360 framework, aiming to streamline and enhance growth opportunities for global partners. This announcement was made on 3 April in Morrisville, N.C.
Pascal Bourguet, Chief Sales Strategy & Channels Officer at Lenovo, stated, “With these latest enhancements to Lenovo 360, we’re making it simpler, more predictable, and more rewarding for partners to build their business with us.”
The updated Lenovo 360 framework features simplified tiering that offers partners a more transparent and predictable path to growth. Tiers now progress from Authorized to Gold and Platinum levels, allowing partners to advance as they grow.
Lenovo 360 Elevate, a reimagined growth engine, activates engagement and accelerates partner development as partners begin at the Authorized level. As they progress to Gold and higher tiers, they unlock enhanced financial incentives and co-selling opportunities.
Expanding Service Pathways
On 13 April, Lenovo will introduce Lenovo 360 for Services, which is designed to help partners transition to recurring, outcome-based business models. This initiative consolidates sales tools and incentives into a single platform, enhancing service delivery.
Lenovo is expanding its Lenovo 360 for Managed Service Providers to new markets, including Australia, starting 1 April. This expansion aims to provide partners with more resources to drive profitability and deliver greater value.
The Lenovo 360 Tech Connect community, launching in April, will bolster technical expertise among partners. It will offer access to resources and expertise in AI and advanced infrastructure solutions, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Lenovo has introduced an enhanced digital experience through the Lenovo 360 Partner Hub. This platform offers real-time visibility into performance, accreditations, and progression milestones, giving partners greater control over their growth journey.
To facilitate this growth, Lenovo’s new enhancements include streamlined incentives that align closely with partner performance, combining revenue growth with skill development. Partners can achieve accreditations, unlocking increasing recognition as they progress through the tiers.
Lenovo 360 for Services will support the shift to service-led business models, providing partners with structured pathways to recurring revenue streams. This approach aligns with market trends demanding such models.
These updates reflect Lenovo’s ongoing commitment to reducing complexity and delivering a more intuitive, rewarding partner experience. By aligning incentives closely with partner performance, Lenovo aims to support a scalable and profitable growth model.
