Regional and Metro Performances Scheduled

Mickey Wilson, born in Darwin, is a comedian who has transitioned from a career as an auto electrician to performing stand-up comedy. His show ‘How Ya Goin?’ will entertain audiences in Western Australia from April to May 2026, marking his debut national tour. After achieving sell-out success at the Adelaide Fringe, Wilson is now taking his show on the road, including stops in regional and metro areas.

Wilson’s tour commences in Kalgoorlie on 23 April 2026, followed by performances in Esperance on 25 April, Albany on 30 April, Manjimup on 1 May, Busselton on 2 May, and Bunbury on 7 May. Additional shows are scheduled for Fremantle on 14 May and Perth on 15 May. Due to high demand, more dates may be announced.

Five years ago, Wilson decided to leave his stable job after a moment of realization while at a remote mine site. He wanted more from life and pursued his passion for comedy. He has since traveled across the country, honing his craft and gaining a loyal following.

His show offers an unfiltered look into family chaos, self-sabotage, and the everyday absurdities of Australian life, filled with humor and cheeky observations. Dave Hughes, a renowned Australian comedian, has praised Wilson as a rising star, while Theatre Matters describes his delivery as ‘high octane’ with ‘stellar quick wit.’

Wilson’s comedic style has garnered over 30 million views online, resonating with a diverse audience including parents, non-parents, clean freaks, and party animals. His mission is to provide a proper laugh for everyone, especially during tough times.
