Sound-Inspired Event at The Row DTLA
On 5th June, PUMA and visionary designer Salehe Bembury hosted an immersive event at The Row in Downtown Los Angeles. This event celebrated the launch of their latest collaboration, the TRVL WEAR collection, ahead of football’s biggest global tournament.n
Historic The Row was transformed into a series of interactive environments, offering guests a unique insight into the creativity behind the PUMA x Salehe Bembury partnership. The collaboration introduces a bespoke collection of travel wear and goalkeeper kits for PUMA’s 11 national federations in the tournament, marking PUMA’s second chapter of football introductions this summer. Following the launch of national federation kits in March, this collection blends everyday streetwear with football culture.n
Throughout the evening, notable figures such as designer Salehe Bembury, Ghanaian rapper Black Sherif, and other cultural tastemakers engaged with the collection through various interactive experiences. Highlights included the unveiling of the ‘Hidden Frequencies’ sneakers, showcasing the UV-reactive feature of the Velum 1 Akita. Bembury expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, highlighting the innovative design elements.n
