New Collaborations and Premieres Set for October
BRISBANE — Queensland Ballet has announced the creative teams for its Bespoke 2026 season, set to premiere on October 2 at the Talbot Theatre, Thomas Dixon Centre. The company unveiled that choreographers Clare Voss, Victor Zarallo, and Daniel Jaber will collaborate with composers Connor D’Netto, Brady Watkins, and Luke Peacock respectively.
Artistic Director Ivan Gil-Ortega emphasised the program’s new direction, inviting artists to submit innovative ideas. “Part of my vision is to give all choreographers and designers the opportunity to create and collaborate,” Gil-Ortega stated.
Choreographers and Composers Unite
Clare Voss, known for her innovative work, will partner with D’Netto, a composer praised for his contemporary style. Zarallo, along with Watkins, aims to bring artistic expression to the forefront.
