The menu is available across both lunch and dinner services throughout the five days. Walk-in and booking options are offered during the run. The dishes draw on Lunar New Year symbolism while maintaining the restaurant’s produce-led approach.

Each menu item has been developed around established culinary traditions. However, the execution reflects the kitchen’s focus on local produce and restrained technique. The approach prioritises clarity of flavour and ingredient integrity.
