Seoul Garden x Lee Kum Kee Launches a National Menu

Lee Kum Kee has partnered with Korean restaurant group Seoul Garden to launch a new permanent signature menu across Australia. The menu is now available at all Seoul Garden locations nationwide.

As a result, diners can experience a curated range of modern Korean dishes designed for everyday dining. The menu focuses on flavour clarity, consistency, and accessibility.

However, the collaboration does more than introduce new dishes. It reflects how Korean cuisine continues to evolve within the Australian dining scene.

The menu was co-created by Lee Kum Kee brand ambassador Declan Cleary. Therefore, each dish applies a modern approach to established Korean favourites.

Seoul Garden x Lee Kum Kee Menu Highlights

The menu prioritises flavour depth built through balance rather than complexity. As a result, Lee Kum Kee sauces are used as core ingredients rather than finishing elements.

For example, Kimchi Fried Rice with Fried Egg and Chilli Crisp uses Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil to deliver heat and savoury depth. Similarly, Soy and Oyster Bulgogi Beef with Pickled Radish features Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and Premium Soy Sauce for a rich, clean finish.

Another key dish is Sticky Soy Chicken with Apple and Cabbage Slaw. Here, Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and Premium Soy Sauce provide umami, while fresh ingredients add contrast.

Notably, Pure Sesame Oil and Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil appear across multiple dishes. As a result, aroma and texture remain consistent throughout the menu.

A Permanent Menu Integration

This collaboration is not a limited-time release. Instead, the dishes are now permanently listed across all Seoul Garden restaurants.

Therefore, diners can expect the same experience across existing venues and future openings. This approach supports menu consistency and long-term brand alignment.

At the same time, the partnership strengthens Lee Kum Kee’s presence across multiple Asian cuisines in Australia. It also reinforces Seoul Garden’s position as a modern Korean dining brand.

Declan Cleary said:
Lee Kum Kee’s sauces are truly the heart of authentic Asian cooking. Designed for families, Korean food fans and everyday diners discovering the cuisine for the first time, the new menu showcases how these iconic flavours can be reimagined in modern Korean cuisine, offering dishes that resonate with Australians while honouring traditional tastes. It’s exciting to bring this fusion to life and offer diners something that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.”

What Diners Can Expect

Australian diners continue to seek bold flavours that remain approachable. As a result, this menu responds directly to changing dining habits.

For example, the dishes suit casual meals, group dining, and repeat visits. Therefore, the permanent menu structure supports familiarity and trust.
