Unveiling Future Strategies and Celebrating Global Unity
TSplus successfully held its 2026 International Meeting in the beautiful Elounda Bay, Crete, from April 20 to April 25. This event gathered more than 100 participants, including over 70 employees and close collaborators, at the luxurious Royal Marmin Bay Boutique & Art Hotel. Families joined the participants, making it a truly global gathering filled with connection and celebration.
The week kicked off with a welcome cocktail and dinner on Monday evening, marking a joyful reunion since last year’s meeting in Bali. This set the stage for a week focused on collaboration and shared purpose.
On Tuesday morning, CEO Adrien Carbonne presented a comprehensive overview of TSplus’s recent achievements and future roadmap. He emphasised the company’s long-term ambition: “In 2030, all system administrators know TSplus.” Introducing the new brand strategy, he unveiled the tagline: “TSplus – Make IT Simple,” highlighting the unchanged core identity rooted in people and strong human values.
Henri Merlin followed with insights into the company’s strong performance, particularly in North America, throughout 2025. He outlined strategic expansion plans in regions with high potential like China, South Korea, Japan, Africa, and Australia. ERP systems remain TSplus’s primary client segment and focus.
Innovation and Cultural Exploration
CTO Thomas Montalcino introduced major product innovations aimed at simplifying IT management. These innovations included a Remote Support mobile app for iOS and Android, a new web-based administration platform, and enhanced ransomware protection capable of defending against 21 known threats. The Architecture Simulator, an online tool, was also highlighted as part of their ambitious projects.
Beyond strategic discussions, the event offered rich cultural experiences. Participants explored the Cretan countryside during a safari tour, visiting the traditional village of Krasi and a local monastery. They enjoyed the island’s natural beauty and encountered its famously friendly goats.
Wednesday and Thursday mornings were dedicated to hands-on training sessions. Participants divided into four thematic groups: Marketing & Sales, Remote Access, Licensing Portal, and Remote Support. These sessions fostered knowledge-sharing and strengthened cross-team collaboration.
A highlight of the week was a festive celebration held in a traditional village on Wednesday evening. The gala dinner included a special TSplus Awards ceremony, where several collaborators were recognised for their contributions. Founder Dominique Benoit received a heartfelt tribute, reaffirming the company’s commitment to human values and simplicity.
As TSplus continues its journey of growth and innovation, the anticipation for the next international meeting is already building. The company invites potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities through their expansive global network.
