This product enables businesses to receive payments seamlessly when AI agents, such as OpenClaw-type agents, purchase their services. The need for complex payment and settlement systems is eliminated, streamlining operations for businesses of all sizes.

Bocha, an AI-powered web search tool, has integrated Alipay’s payment processing to offer its services on a pay-per-use basis. With over 30 million daily API calls, Bocha has transformed its advanced search capabilities into a monetized service using agents like Alipay Tbox and Hermes Agent.

After users install a skill on their AI agent, they can request tasks like searching for the latest AI technology report. The agent handles the payment process via Alipay AI Pay, ensuring a seamless transaction.
Since February 2026, Alipay AI Pay has gained over 100 million users and processed more than 120 million transactions in a single week. This positions it as the world’s first AI-native payment product to achieve such milestones.
The expansion of agentic commerce in China sees Alipay AI Pay being used across diverse applications. From traditional retailers like Luckin Coffee to AI smart glasses by Rokid, the product supports a wide range of consumer-facing AI applications.
