Aris Mining is a Canadian gold mining company focused on South America. Its shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ARIS.

The company operates the Segovia and Marmato underground gold mines in Colombia. Those two mines produced about 257,000 ounces of gold in 2025.

Segovia and Marmato mines

Expansion work at Segovia and Marmato is expected to raise annual gold production to about 500,000 ounces. That growth depends on the Segovia ramp-up after the second mill was completed in June 2025.

At Marmato, Aris Mining is building a new bulk mine and a carbon-in-pulp plant. First gold from that project is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The wider portfolio supports a longer-term target of about 1 million ounces of annual gold production. Key projects include the Soto Norte gold project in Colombia and the Toroparu gold project in Guyana.

Meanwhile, a Prefeasibility Study is under way at Toroparu. A construction decision is expected in early 2027.

Pamela De Mark, P.Geo., Senior Vice President Geology and Exploration, reviewed and approved the technical information in the release. Aris Mining identified her as a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
