Easter brunch at The Royce offers Taittinger Champagne and a seasonal menu

The Showroom Bar at The Royce will host an Easter brunch on Sunday, 5th April, as part of the long weekend schedule. The event runs from 11am to 2pm, with tickets priced at $79 per adult and $49 per child. Organisers require bookings in advance due to expected demand.

Staff will serve a selection of baked goods on arrival, including pastries and house-made croissants delivered fresh to each table. The opening course also includes bread and butter pudding with warm custard and an Easter-themed dessert. Tea, coffee and fresh juice accompany the first service.

The main breakfast dish includes poached eggs with house-cured gravlax, salmon roe and brioche. The kitchen pairs this dish with a glass of Taittinger NV Cuvée Prestige Brut Champagne. Meanwhile, children can choose homemade pancakes with maple syrup, Chantilly cream and fresh berries.
