Easter Events Focus on Hope and Connection

ISEE Church Carina extends an invitation to the Brisbane community for Easter services scheduled on April 3 and 5. These gatherings aim to deliver a message of hope amidst the challenges posed by rising living costs and social pressures. As Australians continue to face mental health issues, the church offers a chance for renewal and connection.

Senior Pastor Paul Geerling explained, “Across our communities, people are asking deeper questions about life, purpose, and hope. Easter speaks directly into that, reminding us that hope is real, even in uncertain times.” The services provide a space for individuals to seek answers and find solace in faith.

The Good Friday service is planned for 9:30 am on April 3 at the Carina campus, located at 8 Ellen Street. Easter Sunday will feature a morning service at 9:30 am, which includes a kids programme and an Easter egg hunt. A worship night with water baptisms is set for 5:00 pm, offering a profound spiritual experience for attendees.

Community Reconnection

All services are open to the public, welcoming individuals regardless of prior church experience. iSEE Church‘s initiative focuses on creating a peaceful and inclusive atmosphere, especially for young people and families experiencing anxiety and disconnection. The church’s commitment to fostering authentic relationships and discovering purpose is evident in its vibrant services and practical teachings.

With increasing levels of anxiety, loneliness, and disconnection across Australia, particularly among young people and families, iSEE Church is positioning Easter as an opportunity for reconnection and reflection. “This is more than a service—it’s an opportunity for people to pause, reflect, and experience a sense of peace and belonging,” Pastor Geerling said.

The Easter Sunday service will include a full kids programme and an Easter egg hunt, creating a family-friendly environment for attendees of all ages. As Australians navigate increasing mental health challenges, iSEE Church positions Easter as a moment for reflection and community.

Easter services at iSEE Church Carina commence on April 3, offering a valuable opportunity for Brisbane’s community to unite and reflect. This event promotes a hopeful outlook in the face of life’s uncertainties. The church continues to play a growing role in strengthening individuals, families, and communities through faith and connection.
