Recognition at Lenox Hill Neurosurgery Gala
On June 4, 2026, EnGeneIC Limited was honoured with the Breakthrough in Glioblastoma Biotech Award at the Northwell Foundation Lenox Hill Neurosurgery Brain Tumour Centre Gala in New York City. Joint-CEOs Dr. Himanshu Brahmbhatt and Dr. Jennifer MacDiarmid received the award for their innovative work with the EnGeneIC Dream Vector (EDV™) nanocell platform, which offers a novel approach to treating glioblastoma and other challenging cancers.
The EDV technology is designed to bypass the blood-brain barrier, allowing for potent therapeutic payloads to be delivered directly inside cancer cells. This technology activates both innate and adaptive tumour-specific immune responses, representing a fundamental shift in the approach to precision oncology.
EnGeneIC’s Impact on Oncology
EnGeneIC is advancing multiple clinical-stage programmes, including ongoing trials evaluating its lead candidates in pancreatic cancer and other solid tumours.
