Forsite will show its platform at FM Connect 2026
Forsite will showcase its contractor compliance platform at FM Connect 2026 in Brisbane from 3 August 2026 to 5 August 2026. Visitors can see live walkthroughs at the W Hotel Brisbane.
Founded in 2016, Forsite is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand. Its platform is built for commercial, retail and industrial properties.
According to Forsite, the system combines contractor and supplier management, risk management, and permits and jobs management in one platform. It also offers free setup and zero disruption for new users.
Nathan Cheeseman on simple switching
Nathan Cheeseman, chief executive of Forsite, said: “Managing personal and organisational risk shouldn’t be complicated. Property and facilities managers need a solution that handles complex requirements simply and cost-effectively. At Forsite, simplicity and value for money aren’t features, they’re our foundation.”
One Forsite client had 1,400 property sites configured with suppliers in under five minutes. That example comes from the company’s briefing for FM Connect 2026.
After setup, suppliers manage their own teams and compliance through a portal. Workers use a mobile app to complete site induction on arrival.
As a result, every record is centralised, automated and visible in real time across the portfolio. Forsite pitches that visibility to property and facilities teams that still use fragmented systems.
Meanwhile, Forsite’s ecosystem includes an online portal, a mobile app and a kiosk. Those tools serve clients across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Property, facilities, and health and safety managers are Forsite’s core users. The company directs the product at teams that need contractor and compliance management in one place.
During FM Connect 2026, property and facilities managers can meet the Forsite team in Brisbane. The company has invited visitors to its stand for a live demonstration.
