Deal to Enhance AI Services in Europe and Australia
An offer to acquire Randstad’s technology and consulting services business in Europe and Australia has been issued by LTM, aiming to enhance its domain-driven solutions and AI services. Operations valued at over USD 500 million are involved in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Australia.
Expanding LTM’s presence in key markets, including aerospace, defence, automotive, utilities, and banking, is a primary goal of the acquisition. The aim is to leverage local domain expertise and enhance regional capabilities in digital engineering, cybersecurity, and IoT.
Venu Lambu, CEO of LTM, stated, “The proposed agreement is aligned with our five-year strategy to build a more resilient, diversified, balanced portfolio. By combining our global AI-centric capabilities with local context and industry depth, this acquisition would strengthen our ability to deliver compliant, domain-driven AI services and sovereign solutions in markets that are strategically important to us.”
Strategic Partnership with Randstad
This deal is part of a broader 360° partnership with Randstad. It includes a five-year IT services partnership to drive AI-enabled transformation for Randstad’s India Global Capability Center. The plan also involves a strategic talent MSP to support LTM’s expanding global workforce.

LTM intends to implement this acquisition through its wholly owned subsidiary, LTIMindtree UK Limited. This transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
Creating a diversified portfolio for LTM, the proposed acquisition is designed to expand its scale in Europe and Australia. Enhancing its position in regulated and high-growth verticals through established customer relationships is a significant focus.
